eHeadspace is a counselling service set up by the Australian government for youth aged between 12 & 25. They offer phone counselling, online counselling and face to face services. It is particularly good if your teen does not want to see someone face to face but will talk online in chat and still get the help they need or if your not located in a city centre.

Mtawalis Band : I have known Alfred Mtawali for a number of years as my friend and kaka (brother) , He lives in Kenya and leads a worship band Kaka faces a number of challenges to produce this music but God always has come through for him. If you love African worship music or want to try something from a different culture  then please go to his site and order one of his cds. Even if you don't understand the language the Spirit of peace comes through. I personally own one of these cds and it is beautiful. Mungu akubiriki rafiki yangu (God bless my friends :) )
